Biography : Yosea Kurnianto’s professional experiences centred in human capital development and learning design area. He worked as a human capital practitioner and consultant to support clients' transformation. During his current role at the Tanoto Foundation, he led his team to build partnership with higher education ecosystem and to facilitate +650 scholarship awardees annually. Yosea uses coaching as one of methods in supporting scholars' learning and leardership development journey.
